Salt Creek Restaurant

This is a very nice restaurant in Suwannee Florida. The service was great and the view was beautiful. I had the grilled grouper and it was so good. Everyone in our party was very happy with the food. It’s worth the drive to Salt Creek.

Great little restaurant in Suwanee, Fl right on the water of the Gulf. Clean, very friendly staff good food indoor and outdoor seating. Food came quickly was well prepared an tasty! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. Restrooms were clean. The views from the outdoor seating were beautiful. Had a very "quaint" feel to the whole restaurant. I thought the prices were relatively in line with mos t establishments, and the food was worth it. I think there was a tiki bar outside but it was not open when we were there, appeared there was some remodeling going on. Highly recommend this restuarant if you visit Suwanee, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Excellent food. There aren’t a lot of choices in town, but man, I wish we were staying longer. The grouper was unbelievable, and the Key Lime Pie was obviously homemade. Debbie was our server, and her service was top notch! Get a table in her section if you can!

Wonderful and friendly waitress and staff, food was excellent. Steak seasoned perfect and salad was great too. Great View of Suwannee River. Can't wait to go back again.

We’ve been here twice during our stay in Florida and were happy with everything both times. The food was delicious and wait staff friendly and on top of their game. 1st time, we had the chowder and seafood platter and shared. 2nd time we had the chowder, husband had the fried oyster plate, and I had seafood platter with 2/3 left to take home (which was the plan). Both times, we shared a “slap your mama cake” (lava cake with ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate sauce and cherry on top).

I really enjoyed eating here. The atmosphere was great, staff was friendly, and food was delicious! Our meal was affordable and the key lime pie is definitely homemade.

We had a great meal. Shrimp was grilled just right. Love the hush puppies enough that I got an extra order. Key Lime pie was the best I have ever enjoyed. Sorry, but I didn't get a photo.

Great little restaurant on the water in Suwannee! Staff is friendly and the restaurant has a down home feel. We arrived around 2pm, parking was ample. We were seated immediately upon entering. Inside or Outside seating was available. We chose to sit inside by the windows overlooking the water, since we had been outside all day and needed to cool off. Views of the water were amazing. We were seated between two other couples, but still felt like we had room to talk without being overheard. Our waitress was very attentive and brought out our drinks shortly after ordering. She refilled my husbands tea automatically, never letting it get more than half empty. I ordered the Rum Runner, which was tasty and plenty strong enough. For lunch we ordered, onion rings, the low country boil and the captains platter. All were cooked to perfection, just as we had ordered. Very flavorful and large portions. Food was served about 10 minutes after ordering, which gave us enough time to enjoy our drinks and the views. Waitress checked on us a few times during our meal to ensure we were doing good and didn’t need anything. After we got done eating and paid our bill, we decided to take a stroll outside. Deck out back has plenty of seating, outside bar area had multiple games available to play. One in particular, the “Ring & Hook” toss, my arch enemy... It’s shaded over the bar area and umbrellas over the deck. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Great atmosphere. We always enjoy eating here when we come to Suwannee!
